Shaping the Future of Tourism
in Montenegro

The project Provision of Digital Technologies Fostering Tourism 4.0 and Technological Learning in Montenegro supports the modernisation of Montenegro’s tourism sector through the use of advanced digital technologies. It focuses on introducing innovative digital solutions that enhance the preservation and presentation of cultural heritage, improve visitor experiences, and support the development of sustainable and competitive tourism products.

Building on successful Tourism 4.0 practices from Slovenia, the project promotes knowledge transfer, innovation, and collaboration between public institutions, cultural organisations, tourism stakeholders, and businesses. Its long-term goal is to strengthen digital skills and technological capacity, contributing to a more resilient, inclusive, and future-oriented tourism ecosystem in Montenegro.

The project is implemented by Arctur, in cooperation with the University of Donja Gorica (Montenegro), which contributes local academic expertise and supports project activities.
