First Four Webinars Successfully Delivered – Now Available Online

All sessions can be accessed through the platform, enabling participants and other interested stakeholders to revisit the content and further strengthen their knowledge in the field of digital innovation for cultural heritage. Participants also have the opportunity to complete a short assessment upon finishing the webinars and receive a certificate of completion.

Upcoming: Final Hands-On Workshop – June 2026

The training series will conclude in June 2026 with a practical, hands-on workshop dedicated to image acquisition and 3D model generation. Participants will gain direct experience in capturing visual data for 3D modelling using turntable and manual walkaround techniques, followed by guided processing into an optimized 3D asset.

The workshop will introduce professional tools such as Agisoft Metashape and RealityCapture and cover the complete workflow—from photo alignment and mesh generation to post-processing, optimisation (decimation), and export in standard formats (OBJ, FBX, GLB). This final session will provide participants with the practical skills required to transform raw image data into high-quality, ready-to-use 3D models.
